We will also review about the price, interior, exterior and engine of the 2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe.
The Mercedes-Benz E350 4Matic coupe is a sleek and smart execution of the modern luxury coupe. The looks inside and out are sharp with an appropriate amount of shiny jewelry, the stance is confident and I like the long hood fronted by the upright grille. It all has character, and it’s a dramatic improvement compared with the curvy styling of just a few years back. I’m impressed with the sound and potency of this V6. It’s strong on the expressway and returns a refined yet sporty performance feeling. The one thing I hate: this car and other Mercedes has a tremendous lag from launch. It’s hesitation. It makes this machine feel slower than it is. And it’s annoying. It undermines an otherwise sterling engine and seven speed automatic combination.
Now available in an E400 hybrid trim level, the 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is a luxury car available in sedan, coupe, soft top convertible, and wagon trim levels. The E350 trims are powered by a 3.5 liter V6 engine (302 hp) is offered with a 268 hp producing V6 engine while the E550 trims get an upgraded 4.6 liter V8 engine (402 hp). Sedans and coupes are RWD but the sedans are also available with 4MATIC AWD. For those drivers who prefer diesel, the E350 BlueTEC RWD sedan offers a 3.0-liter turbodiesel V6 engine that produces 210 hp and 400 lb ft of torque. All trims are available with a 7 speed automatic transmission enabling duel mileage to fall within an EPA estimated range of 15 mpg city to 32 mpg highway, depending on model selection. For those who crave performance E63 AMG sedan/wagon are also offered boasting a 5.5 liter bi turbo V8, that produces 518 hp, equipped with an AMG SPEEDSHIFT 7 speed manual transmission. Features include navigation, premium sound, and hands free phone capabilities. Safety comes in the form of 11 way airbag protection, blind spot assist, anti lock braking (ABS), electronic stability program, and active body control. The E-Class is backed by a 4 year/50,000 miles.

2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe Interior :
The 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is available in five passenger sedan, four passenger coupe, four passenger convertible (Cabriolet) and seven passenger wagon body styles. Each is further broken down into different trims that correspond with its engine. The sedan is available in E350, E350 Bluetec, E400 Hybrid, E550 4Matic and E63 AMG variants. The cabriolet is offered in E350 and E550 (with a coupe only E350 4Matic) trim levels, while the E-Class wagon is available in E350 4Matic and E63 AMG guises. (4Matic refers to the all wheel drive system.)
The E350, E350 Bluetec and E400 Hybrid sedans are similarly equipped with 17 inch wheels, automatic headlights, LED running lights, a sunroof, automatic wipers, cruise control, dual zone automatic climate control, 10 way power front seats with four way lumbar adjustment and memory functions, MB Tex premium vinyl upholstery, a power tilt and telescoping steering wheel, ambient lighting, auto dimming inside and driver side mirrors, the COMAND electronics interface, Bluetooth, the Mercedes’ mbrace telematics system and an eight speaker sound system with a six CD changer and an auxiliary audio jack. The E350 sedan distills further into Luxury and Sport sub trims, which vary in suspension tuning, styling, interior trim and wheel design.
Mercedes Benz has released its first official teaser for its updated 2014 E-Class lineup. The video focuses primarily on the headlights of the E-Class that have a new shape and will offer (at least as an option) full LED lighting including the signals, stylish running lights and adaptive high and low beams. We also note that the the current E’s odd four pod headlight design is being replaced with a more conventional design that fits in with other Mercedes models. Based on the numerous spy shots we’ve seen for all of the different bodystyles, the new E-Class will be getting a fresh face including a new hood, fascia and grille. The sedan will also get redesigned rear doors and quarter panels, but we have yet to see or hear of any changes being made to the interior.
2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe Exterior :
The exterior looks more angular and aggressive than previous iterations, and the updated front-end with daytime LED’s sits quite well on the car. The coupe version appears to be a sedan without the back doors and just doesn’t wear the coupe style as well as the A5. Criticism aside, this is still a Mercedes-Benz. When you can swim in this pond you are assured a minimum level of quality that Mercedes wouldn’t let out the door without their approval and that is a fine thing indeed.
The cabin of the 2013 Mercedes-Benz E-Class is meant to evoke classic themes from past models, combining angular architecture, first rate materials and a decidedly austere look, especially when adorned in monotone color schemes and dark wood trim. The general design is the same regardless of body style, except for the available three-spoke sport steering wheel and electric gear selector (column mounted in the sedan and wagon; console mounted in the coupe, convertible and AMG).
All E-Class models come with the COMAND electronics interface, which combines a large display screen, a control knob and dash mounted buttons. Although it requires a bit of a learning curve, we generally prefer it to rival systems from Audi or BMW. Also included is the updated mbrace telematics system, offering smartphone integration and Web based apps that include remote controls, driver monitoring and emergency services.
2013 Mercedes E350 Coupe Engine :
The 2013 Mercedes-Benz E350 models come with a 3.5 liter V6 that produces 302 horsepower and 273 pound feet of torque. A seven speed automatic transmission is standard on every E-Class, as is rear wheel drive on all but the wagon. The wagon comes with all wheel drive (4Matic), which is also available for the sedan.
In Edmunds performance testing, an E350 wagon accelerated from zero to 60 mph in 6.5 seconds, which is average for the class. We expect the rear wheel drive variants to be quicker still. The EPA estimates fuel economy for a rear drive E350 sedan at 20 mpg city/30 mpg highway and 23 mpg in combined driving. Other models drop by 1 or 2 mpg lower in each driving cycle.
A new generation 302 hp 3.5 liter V-6 combines numerous advances to deliver more torque over a wider range of rpm. Its rapid multispark ignition fires up to four times per millisecond, while high pressure Direct Injection microscopically tunes the fuel spray, reducing emissions, fuel consumption and noise. A lightweight diecast alloy block, quicker and more widely variable valve timing, reduced friction, and clever “on demand” ancillary components like the alternator further boost efficiency.
