Just leased a Carbon Black on Black, turned in my 2011 Regal Turbo, going from sporty to land cruiser and more comfort, which is what I wanted. So far I love the newly designed interior and the simplified layout. Intellilink is nice and easy to use and the voice command is much improved folks. Side Blind Zone Alert is truly wonderful, still make my headcheck though.

2015 Buick LaCrosse Exterior
For 2015, the LaCrosse adds some modern technology that’s becoming a necessity in its price class. A rearview camera is now standard on all LaCrosse sedans, and Buick’s IntelliLink infotainment system can give directions to your iPhone through Siri Eyes Free. The LaCrosse now can also come equipped with a 4G LTE connection, which includes the ability to broadcast a WiFi data connection inside the vehicle.
The graceful LaCrosse has lots in common with the new Chevy Impala but the LaCrosse was here first, and the impact of its soft-shouldered, snappily creased body panels hasn’t faded. It was tweaked a bit last year with new LED eyeliner and taillamps, but the pleasantly thick shape has always had most of the details down pat. If we worked at GM, we’d personally pry every fake porthole off its hood and banish them forever, but there’s not much else to find fault with on the big Buick. The cabin’s revamp this year remolds the center stack into a less complex shape, and an Ultra Luxury package slathers it in tamo wood and wraps the cockpit in semi-aniline leather.
The LaCrosse has earned some of the best safety scores in the entire GM family, with eight standard airbags and top safety ratings from both U.S. agencies. Those agencies haven’t yet rated the 2015 LaCrosse, but we’d expect the findings to be identical to the 2014 model, as very little has changed. Blind-spot warning system, adaptive cornering headlamps, and rear side thorax bags are all available, as is a head-up display (HUD). The LaCrosse also bolts on new safety technology that buzzes, blings, and vibrates to warn of impending danger some of it useful, like forward collision alerts, and some with less certain payoff.
Last year, Buick’s added active shutters to the grille for smoother aero, and cooler headlamps with LED wings bookended by LED taillamps. What it could have used, at the same time, is a pry bar for the fake portholes still stuck to its reshaped hood. They’re an unwelcome echo of the past, almost the only reminder of where Buick was just a decade ago.
The LaCrosse is graceful and soft where it needs to be, at the roofline and around its shoulders. But there’s enough bulk down low (the 20-inch wheels now available are beefy well-fillers) and enough starch in its creases to lend it presence. It even has some of the stance of a classically proportioned sedan despite the fact that it’s a front-driver most of the time the long nose helps, a lot, and so does the small decklid spoiler.
